CCA Prom 2016 Information
Prom is Saturday, April 16th. Grand March will take place at 5 pm in the high school PAC and the dance will be held at the Hall of Fame in Iowa City from 8-11pm.
The cost for prom: CCA senior is $35 unless you paid last year or raised enough money to cover your ticket cost. CCA junior is $35. Any out-of-school date will be $35. Tickets will go on sale Monday, April 11th. Ticket sales will end Friday, April 15th. You can purchase tickets during lunch from Mary Lou.
Grand March will be held in the CCA Performing Arts Center from 5-6pm. Parents,friends and family are all welcome to come. Please note that seating will be somewhat limited, so an early arrival is best. Doors will open to the PAC at 4:00pm.
Grand March will be handled in a first come first serve manner. IF YOU ARE NOT IN LINE BY 4:45PM, YOU WILL NOT BE IN GRAND MARCH. You will be directed to line up immediately following class and formal pictures.
Class pictures will be taken by Olson Photography prior to Grand March. We ask that Seniors be in the high school gym at 4:00 pm all dressed and ready for pictures. Juniors will have their class picture at 4:15 pm(They are going second due to helping set-up for prom). We will be on a tight schedule, so we need all students to arrive on time in order to be included in their class picture.
Any additional photos you would like to purchase can be ordered ala carte on the Olson order form. Formals will be taken at Grand March in the gym. We ask that there is no flash photography during the photo session.
Prom will begin at 8:00pm and end at 11:00pm
Please remember that out-of-school dates must be APPROVED PRIOR to prom. The front office will have forms available for out of school guest registration. These MUST BE filled out and turned back into the office by April 8th, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note out-of-school guests must have a photo I.D. when being admitted to prom. University of Iowa officer will be handling security for prom, along with several school appointed chaperones.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU LEAVE PROM, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Any student requesting to bring a guest who is not a Clear Creek Amana High School student must have this form completed and returned to the Main Office 5 school days prior to the dance.
All guests must be age 20 years or younger at the time of the dance and no middle school students are allowed. Only one guest will be allowed per CCA student, and a current school photo ID must be presented at the dance by each individual.

Post Prom Event Rules
All students must check in by 12:30 a.m. There is no admission after 12:30 a.m. No exceptions.
All students must be registered to enter the party. If no registration is on file, students may pay $25 at the door but will not receive a souvenir item.
Non-CCA guests: If your guest is not a CCA student, they must be approved for attendance from the high school office in advance of April 18. If they are approved for the dance, they will be approved for the post party. Non-CCA students will need to show picture identification to enter the post prom party.
All guests must be under the age of 21.
All registrations must be received by April 6, 2015. Complete this form and return it along with payment to: CCA Post Prom, PO Box 45, Tiffin, IA 52340.
If a student leaves early, they are not permitted to re-enter the party – no exceptions.
All bags will be searched before entering the party.
No outside food or beverages allowed.

This event is hosted by district parents and we need volunteers to help make this party a huge success! Participation may range from helping organize the event, setting up games and working a shift the night of the party. This is a great way to give back to our children and is a fun-filled night!
